Hearts & Minds

The Hearts & Minds (H&M) Awards were created to celebrate the first 20 years of Global Vision’s engagement of enterprising Canadian youth in the Junior Team Canada Program.  The Hearts and Minds Awardees are the “Hall of Fame” of the Global Vision Program. These awards are to honour individuals who have contributed in a variety of ways to the events and programs hosted by the organization.

The awards are constructed of canadian mountain ash wood with graphics styled in red and black colours. No two H&M Awards are the same in appearance. This is to signify that the recipients’ contributions are all unique but that all have a common purpose.

The first awards were presented during the National Youth Forum in Toronto, Ontario, April 4-8, 2009, and are presented on occasion each year.
